Inventory Reports
We record condition, fixtures, furnishings and meter readings, with high-resolution photos and a full written commentary.
You’ll receive a professional PDF version of the report in a timely manner, ready for tenant hand-over or deposit purpose.
Check In
We can meet a tenant at the property either on or before the start of their tenancy. As required, we can also hand over keys and more, as part of the check-in process.
Interim Reports
For longer-term lettings or where there’s a planned change in tenancy, our interim inspections provide peace of mind by checking condition mid-term.
Check Out
At tenancy end we provide a thorough check-out report, comparing condition to the check-in baseline, helping to mitigate deposit disputes.
