Check-Out Reports

A Check-Out report includes a full inspection and condition assessment at the end of the tenancy. It compares the property’s condition to the original Inventory and Check-In records, offering clarity for all parties and supporting the fair resolution of deposit matters.

What the Check-Out Report Includes

  • Review of the property in its vacated state, comparing against the Inventory baseline
  • andCheck-In documentation.
  • Photographic evidence of condition, fixtures/fittings, contents and cleanliness.
  • Recording of final meter readings where possible.
    Identification and documentation of any damage, missing items, excessive wear or cleaning issues.
  • Delivery of a detailed report summarising findings and supporting any deposit recovery or hand-over decisions.

Process

  1. We schedule the Check-Out inspection once the tenant has vacated the property (or on the agreed date).
  2. We conduct a room-by-room comparison of current condition against the baseline Inventory/Check-In.
  3. We capture meter readings (if available), photograph condition, fixtures, contents and any issues.
  4. We compile and deliver a report in digital format, providing the landlord/agent (and tenant if require
